Returns & Exchanges
At Kayde, every piece is thoughtfully made to order once your purchase is confirmed. As part of our commitment towards conscious production and sustainability, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders.
However, we do understand the importance of comfort and fit. Therefore, we do offer alterations wherever possible.
Alterations
Customers can request alterations within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Please note:
* Alterations are subject to design and fabric feasibility.
* Shipping charges for alterations may need to be borne by the customer.
* Customized or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Product Policy
We only offer replacements if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To process a replacement request:
* An opening/unboxig video is mandatory.
* The video must clearly show the original packaging and damaged item.
* Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that without a valid opening video, we will not be able to process any damage-related claims.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Since all our products are made to order and specially produced for each customer, all purchases made on our website are final.
In the rare case that a product is received damaged and adequate proof is provided, including a valid opening video, we may issue a store credit note at our discretion.
Store Credit
* Store credit is valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.
* Store credit can be used on any future purchase from our website.
* Refunds to the original payment method will not be processed.
