At Kayde , every piece is carefully handmade and produced only after an order is placed. Since we follow a made-to-order model, we require adequate processing time to ensure the quality, craftsmanship, and detailing of each garment.

Delivery Timelines

 Pret 
For our everyday/pret pieces, please allow approximately:

• 12–15 working days for dispatch and delivery.

Festive Pieces
For festive, occasion wear, and heavily detailed pieces, please allow approximately:

• 25–30 working days for dispatch and delivery.

Important Information

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly during launches, festive seasons, or high order volumes.  
• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS.  
• Customized orders may require additional processing time depending on the nature of the request.  
• Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
